After the sale of our first project, we gained confidence and dared to dream bigger. This time, we took a radical approach: an extension on the ground floor and an entirely new upper floor. Naturally, we also made the home gas-free again with a heat pump.

WE LOVE A CHALLENGE
But every adventure has its challenges. For instance, during construction we discovered that the ceilings were not wood, but concrete… so, extra work and extra costs. And our “perfect” master bathroom? It turned out to be a bit cramped in the attic. Two days before the viewings, we quickly ordered a smaller bathroom so that the space would appear larger.
