In our newest project at Carel Fabritiuslaan 3, we have realized an impressive transformation. The home has been expanded from 80 m² to no less than 160 m², creating a spacious and comfortable living area.
The ultimate in sustainability

NEW ENERGY
One of the biggest achievements is the upgrade of the energy label: the house has gone from an energy-efficient G-class to an A+++ label. This not only means significantly lower energy bills but also a much smaller carbon footprint.

READY FOR THE FUTURE
The extension on the ground floor, the first floor, and a wide dormer provide extra space and comfort. We have also created a beautiful guesthouse that is not only perfect for guests but also connects directly to the neighbors, fostering a sense of community.
To make this transformation possible, there were several challenges. Two large trees had to be removed to proceed with the expansion. This was a deliberate choice to make optimal use of the space while simultaneously ensuring a sustainable layout.
Carel Fabritiuslaan 3 is a perfect example of how modern technology and thoughtful design come together to make a house not only more beautiful, but also more sustainable and efficient. A home that is ready for the future!
