After selling our first project, we gained confidence and dared to dream bigger. This time, we took a radical approach: a ground-floor extension and a completely new upper floor. Naturally, we also made the house gas-free again with a heat pump.

WE LOVE A CHALLENGE
But every adventure has its challenges. During construction, for example, we discovered that the ceilings weren't wood, but concrete... extra work and extra costs. And our "perfect" master bathroom? It turned out to be a bit cramped in the attic. Two days before the viewings, we quickly ordered a smaller bathroom to make the space feel more spacious.
