In our latest project at Carel Fabritiuslaan 3, we've completed an impressive transformation. The house has been expanded from 80 m² to a generous 160 m², creating a spacious and comfortable living space.

NEW ENERGY
One of the biggest achievements is the upgrade of the energy label: the house has gone from an energy-efficient G-class to an A+++ label. This not only means significantly lower energy bills but also a much smaller carbon footprint.
READY FOR THE FUTURE
The extension on the ground floor, the first floor, and a wide dormer window provide additional space and comfort. We also created a beautiful guesthouse, which is not only perfect for guests but also connects directly to the neighbors, fostering a sense of community.
To make this transformation possible, several challenges were encountered. Two large trees had to be removed to allow for the expansion. This was a well-considered decision to maximize the space while ensuring a sustainable design.
Carel Fabritiuslaan 3 is a perfect example of how modern technology and thoughtful design combine to make a home not only more beautiful, but also more sustainable and efficient. A home that's ready for the future!
