VIERLINGSBEEKLAAN 64

On Vierlingsbeeklaan in Amstelveen (Bovenkerk), one house stands out. That is number 64, and it is nearly 64 years old. Recently taken in hand by The Renaissance Collective. This means maximized living space, super sustainable, fully renovated down to the last detail, and ready for a second life.

64, but nowhere near retirement

Right up our alley

How did we find Vierlingsbeek 64? Let's just say: in authentic condition. Even the wood stove was still standing proudly in the middle of the living room. Honestly, this is how we prefer our projects, because this way we can really make a difference and start with a blank canvas. Our extensions and additions are commonplace by now, but here we have insulated everything. Even the shed. A hybrid heat pump and 10 solar panels do the rest when it comes to energy efficiency.

NOTHING MORE TO WISH FOR

Our signature is clearly reflected in this project. High-quality PVC herringbone floors, a fully equipped kitchen including a downdraft extractor, two refrigerators and two freezers, and a separate laundry room. You really don't have to do anything more to this home. Except move in and enjoy.

FACTS & FIGURES

102m2 > 157m2

Thanks to both an upper floor and an extension. That simply belongs with this home.

D > A+++

By means of high-quality insulation, a hybrid heat pump, and solar panels.

4 > 6

With the enlargement of the living area, two extra rooms were created.
